Leap Sustainability was born from the recognition that smaller and medium sized businesses deserve more support to address the big environmental, social and governance issues shaping business and society now and into the future.
We exist to be your sustainability team, adding value to your business. We’re passionate about helping our clients navigate the evolving business landscape.
Founder and Director Jackie Allender has developed sustainability solutions with some of Australia’s largest companies across a variety of industries and sectors, including mining, construction, telecommunications, financial services, property and retail and agriculture.
Jackie has also trained many current Australian sustainability professionals in sustainability reporting as a nominated trainer over many years for the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the world’s most widely-used sustainability reporting framework.
Over more than a decade, Jackie has worked with companies both large and small. In her former role with Deloitte, she worked in multi-disciplinary teams to provide sustainability strategy and solutions for clients, giving her a strong focus on ensuring that advice is tailored to individual company circumstances and actionable.
At Leap, the aim is to give small and medium sized businesses more confidence that they can effectively respond to the challenges posed by the big ESG trends and incorporate sustainability into their business models, without necessarily needing an in-house sustainability team.
